Transport around the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre

Most of Muscat’s exhibitions and conferences take place at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC) in Madinat Al Irfan, about ten minutes by road from Muscat International Airport. The JW Marriott and the Crowne Plaza stand on the precinct; most other hotels — in Al Mouj, Al Khuwair, Qurum and Shatti Al Qurum — are 15 to 30 minutes away in normal traffic.

We run the movements an event needs: arrivals and departures at the airport with name boards, hotel-to-venue transfers every morning and evening, cars at disposal for stand teams and speakers, and coaches for delegations. One contact on WhatsApp keeps the whole programme in hand.

For exhibitors

Build-up days, long show days and late dinners: a chauffeur who waits saves your team the car-park walk and the taxi queue. Tell us your stand team’s hotel, flights and show hours and we set up the daily runs; luggage and sample cases travel with you.

For organisers and agencies

For visitors

Flying in for a day or two? An airport meet & greet, a car to your hotel and a chauffeur for the show days make the trip simple. Add a half-day Muscat tour or a day at Wadi Shab or Nizwa before you fly home.
